Sokos Hotel Vasilievsky (****)

Sokos Hotel Vasilievsky is on the island of Vasili, a 10–15 minute walk from the Hermitage Museum with its millions of artworks. The hotel has 255 rooms, a Russian restaurant, a lobby bar, a cosy pub and its own secured 26-place garage. In addition to their central locations, both new Sokos Hotels provide free Internet access and transport (in advance order) from St. Petersburg’s railway station or airport directly to the hotel. The hotel is opened in December 2008.
